Please review the CTX Equipment Rental Agreement before completing any rental. It explains customer responsibilities, payment and deposit terms, equipment care, inspection and return requirements, damage and loss responsibility, and the equipment-specific schedules that apply to the rented equipment.

EMPTY RETURN REQUIRED: Every dump trailer must be returned completely empty. Scrap, debris, waste, or other contents left in the trailer will be removed at the customer’s expense. Applicable labor, hauling, landfill or tipping, special-handling, cleaning, and disposal charges will be applied.
PRESSURE WASHER FUEL: Use fresh premium-grade gasoline only. Regular, mid-grade, diesel, mixed fuel, E85, and all other fuels are prohibited.
The applicable Rental Order and equipment-specific schedule(s) will be completed for each rental transaction. Customers must review the complete agreement and ask any questions before signing or accepting equipment.
