Review the current CTX Rental Solutions LLC rental documents below. A reservation is not confirmed until CTX verifies availability, pricing, identification, insurance requirements, deposits, and issues an equipment-specific Rental Order.

Equipment Rental Agreement – Final Towing Requirements

This is the current rental agreement and policies document. Review the entire agreement before signing or accepting equipment.

Equipment Return Inspection Checklist

This checklist is used with the customer when rented equipment is returned. It covers dump trailers, pressure washers, accessories, damage, missing items, cleanliness, debris-disposal charges, operating tests, and signatures.

Pressure-washer fuel requirement: Fresh premium-grade gasoline only. Regular, mid-grade, diesel, mixed fuel, E85, and all other fuels are prohibited.

Tow Vehicle Responsibility

Tow Vehicle Responsibility: Renter is solely responsible for ensuring that the tow vehicle, hitch, receiver, braking system, wiring, tires, suspension, and all related towing equipment are properly rated, equipped, and maintained to safely tow the rented trailer and its actual loaded weight. Renter must determine towing capacity, payload capacity, GCWR, GVWR, tongue-weight limits, and manufacturer limitations. CTX Rental Solutions LLC does not warrant that a customer vehicle is suitable. Renter accepts responsibility for damage, injury, or loss caused by inadequate towing capacity, overloading, improper loading, improper hitching, or an unsuitable tow vehicle.

14,000-lb GVWR Trailer Acknowledgment: The dump trailer has a GVWR of up to 14,000 lbs. The tow vehicle must be capable of safely and legally towing the trailer at its actual loaded weight. Before release, CTX records the tow vehicle year, make, model, manufacturer tow rating, hitch class/receiver rating, brake-controller confirmation, and license plate.
